MALAYSIA VISA INFORMATION
Tourist Visa Requirements:
- Covering Letter ( Individual or Institutions)
- 4 recent passport size photographs (5 cm x 4 cm) with Blue Background.
- Original Bank Statement of the last 6 months (minimum balance Rs.100,000/- or US Travellers Cheque 1,000/- )
- Return Air Ticket
- Copy of Passport (Validity should be more than 6 months)
- Copy of CNIC
- Copy of “B” Form-Nadra-computerized(in case of accompanying children)
- Visa Fees and Services charges Rs.1085/-
- Business Visa Requirements:
- Covering Letter
- Invitation Letter "If Business"
- 4 recent passport size photographs with Blue Background.
- Original Bank Statement of the last 6 months (minimum balance Rs.100,000/-
- Ticket
- Copy of Passport
- Copy of CNIC
- Copy of “B” Form-Nadra-computerized(in case of accompanying children)
- Visa Fees and Services charges Rs.1085/-
- Note
- Only computerized passports will be acceptable, however , old manual passports issued from abroad are acceptable.
- -Appointment and personal Appearance for Interview
- Processing time: 3 to 4 working days
- Office Timings: Monday to Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Delivery Timings: Monday to Friday from 03:00 p.m. to 04:00 p.m.
- Group Tourists
- Undertaking letter (letterhead) by a Travel Agent responsible arranging group tourists
- Two (2) duly filled stamped Forms IM. 47
- four (4) passport sized photographs (5 cm X 4 cm) with Blue Background
- Proof of sufficient funds
- Validity of passport more than six (6) months
- Return air tickets
For Students wishing to Study in Malaysia
- To produce original copy of academic certificates
- Original letter from the Immigration Department of Malaysia requesting the Consulate General to issue "Reference Visa"
- Original offer letter from higher institution in Malaysia
- One way air ticket
- Two (2) duly filled stamped Forms IM. 47
- Four (4) passport sized photographs (5 cm X 4 cm) with Blue Background
- Proof of sufficient funds
- Validity of passport more than six (6) months
- Affidavit letter of support from the sponsor.
- Copies of educational certificates must be attested by university or college who issued these certificates and attested again by the Ministry of Education, and finally the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Camp Office), Karachi

- Note:
- Our office receives applications from those persons residing in Sindh and Balochistan province only. For other provinces, please approach the High Commission of Malaysia Islamabad.
- A Student Visa is arranged by relevant university in Malaysia
- after a student has successfully secured a place to study
in Malaysia. “Reference Visa” will be issued after the Consulate
General has been informed by the Immigration Department,
Malaysia.
