* Invitation letter from Portugal
* 4 recent passport size photographs (white back ground-non glossy)
* Bank Statement of the last 6 months
* Chamber of Certificate (Recommendation)
* AIG Insurance
* Copy of Credit Card/s
* Confirmed Hotel Reservation
* Copy of passport
* Hotel Reservation-to be faxed directly to the embassy from the host country
* Air Ticket Reservation
* Personal Appearance
* Service charges: Rs. 500/-
* FedEx Charges: Rs. 850/-

Business Visa Requirements:

* Covering Letter of the firm
* Invitation Letter with a Guarantee in Portages Language "1 copy should be faxed directly to the Embassy / Consulate" from the host company
* 4 recent passport size photographs (white back ground-non glossy)
* Bank Statement of the last 6 months
* Copies of NTN, Chamber Certificate, Import Export License and Company Registration
* AIG Insurance
* Copy of Credit Card/s
* Confirmed Hotel Reservation
* Air Ticket Reservation
* Copy of passport
* Recommendation Letter from Chamber of Commerce
* Personal Appearance
* Service charges: Rs. 500/-
* FedEx Charges: Rs. 850/-

NOTE:

Documents are sent through FedEx Courier to the Embassy. (Consulate in not active)

Processing time: 3 to 4 weeks

* Transit Visa Requirements:

* Ticket
* Must have a valid onward Visa of the destination
* Service charges: Rs. 500/-

* Gerry's will not be collecting VISA FEE from the applicants any our service charges be collected in cash @ Rs 850/- for each ppt.
* Gerry's will accept the cases and forward it to Portugal Embassy.
* Portugal Embassy will call applicant at embassy for personal appearance and will collect visa fee at spot if required
